(Helping Others Prosper Economically) provides assistance to individuals and their families who have been placed on medical leave or disability, lost their jobs due the economic downturn, or have become a displaced homemaker due to divorce, widowed, domestic violence, or recovery, by giving them the tools to gain and maintain their stability, while becoming self-sufficient.
